Increase transparency for how staff are measured to improve staff performance
Setup
- Work with stakeholders to understand the complicated rules for measuring staff performance
- Translate rules into UI that is easy to understand and navigate while also being thorough and accurate
- Meet with users to ensure UI meets their needs
- Update UI based on user feedback

User Feedback
- Information is good to know, but only useful toward the end of the year
- Users do a lot of their own calculations to determine how many hours they have left to meet their targets on both a monthly and yearly basis
- Not all targets are considered equal and should be better defined
